*પપ્પા* જ્યારે *ઓફિસે* જવા લાગ્યા ત્યારે એમની *લાડકી દીકરી આજે ને આજે જ એક્ટિવા લાવવા માટે જીદ કરવા લાગી.* પપ્પાએ *આજે ને આજે* નહિ લાવી શકું, *મજબૂર છું* પણ તેમની *લાડકી દીકરી માને તો ને!* દીકરીએ *જીદ*માં આવી *પપ્પા* સાથે *વાત કરવાનું બંધ* કરી દીધું.

    *પપ્પા પણ બિચારા શું કરે?પપ્પાએ ઓફિસેથી દીકરીને મનાવવા* બહુ જ *કોશિશ* કરી પણ *દીકરી ફોન ઉઠાવે તો ને? ચિંતામાં ને ચિંતામાં પપ્પાની મન:સ્થિતિ બગડવા લાગી* અને તેથી *છાતીમાં દર્દ* થવા લાગ્યું. તરત જ *શેઠ* પાસે ગયા અને *તાત્કાલીક લૉન મંજુર* કરાવી. *દીકરી*ની *ખુશી* માટે તરત જ *એક્ટિવા*ના *શો રૂમ* પર ગયા અને *એક્ટિવા ખરીદી લીધી. એક્ટિવા સાંજ સુધીમાં ઘરે આવી જશે* તે કહેવા *દીકરી*ને *ફરી ફોન* કર્યો પણ *દીકરી* હજુ પણ *નારાજ અને મોં ફુલાવી*ને બેઠી હતી. *જીદી* હતી, *પપ્પા*થી *હજુ પણ નારાજ* હતી. *પપ્પા ચિંતા*માં *શાંત બેસી* ગયા, *છાતીમાં દર્દ વધવા* લાગ્યું. *એમની લાડલી*ને *બહુ પ્રેમ* કરતા હતા ને! *દીકરી*ને *ફરી ફોન* કર્યો પણ *દીકરીએ* હજુ પણ *નારાજ ફોન ઉપાડ્યો* જ નહિ, *પપ્પા ચિંતા*માં બેસી રહ્યાં *છાતી*માં *દર્દ વધવા* લાગ્યુ.

*એક્ટિવા* તો ઘરે *પહોંચી* ગઈ પણ *પપ્પા*ને *માનસિક તણાવ*માં તેમને *હૃદયનો હુમલો ઓફિસ*માં જ આવી ગયો.

*ઘર* પર *એક્ટિવા* જોઈને *દીકરી ખૂબ ખુશ* થઈ ગઈ, *આનંદ*નો પાર ન રહ્યો પણ *એક્ટિવા* સાથે *પપ્પા ક્યાંય* ન દેખાયા, *દેખાઈ* તો ફક્ત *એક એમ્બ્યુલન્સ.* બધા જ *હેરાન-પરેશાન, કોણ હતું એમાં?* મૃત શરીર એમ્બ્યુલન્સની બહાર કાઢવામાં આવ્યું.🚒🚑

*દીકરી*એ જોયું તો *એ મૃત શરીર* તો *પપ્પા*નું જ હતું. *તેમના ઓફિસ*ના *સાથી કર્મચારી*એ બતાવ્યું, *સવારે ઓફીસ આવ્યા ત્યારથી એક્ટિવા માટે જ બહુ માનસિક તણાવ*માં હતા. *દીકરી* માટે *તાત્કાલીક લૉન પાસ કરાવી એક્ટિવા પણ નોંધાવી દીધી* પછી *ઘર પર આ ખુશ ખબર આપવા ફોન કર્યો* પણ *દીકરી નારાજ* હતી એટલે *ફોન ઉપાડ્યો જ નહીં* તેથી *તેઓ અસ્વસ્થ* થઈ ગયા. *દીકરીને બહુ જ પ્રેમ કરતા હતા ને! દીકરીએ ફોન ન ઉપાડ્યો તેથી તેમને છાતીમાં દર્દ વધી ગયું અને થોડી જ સેકન્ડમાં ઓફિસમાં ખુરશી પર જ ઢળી પડયા.*

*વિચાર* કરો, તે *સમયે* તે *દીકરીની શું હાલત થઈ હશે? જોર જોરથી રડી રહી હતી. માફ કરી દો પપ્પા, મારાથી બહુ મોટી ભૂલ થઈ ગઈ. મને ખબર ન્હોતી, પપ્પા તમે મને આટલો બધો પ્રેમ કરતા હતા, માફ કરી દો પપ્પા!*

                   પણ હવે શું થઈ શકે?
*એક્ટિવા બહાર ઉભી હતી અને પપ્પાનું મૃત શરીર પણ ત્યાં જ હતું. દીકરી પોતાની જીદ પર નારાજ થયેલી તે ફક્ત પસ્તાવો જ કરી શકે તેમ હતી.*

*કાશ! દીકરી ફોન ઉપાડતી તો પપ્પા આજે જીવતા હોત.*😪

*પ્રત્યેક બાળકોને નમ્રતાપૂર્વક જણાવવાનું કે દીકરા હોય કે દીકરી પપ્પાનો પગાર જુઓ, ઘરની આવક જુઓ-પરિસ્થિતિ જુઓ. ઘરની જરૂરિયાતને જુઓ. તમે જે માંગણી કરીu રહયાં છો? તે માગણી માટે તમારા પપ્પા સક્ષમ-સમર્થ છે કે નહીં? ના, તો પછી થોડી ધીરજ રાખો. પપ્પા ક્યારેય તેમના બાળકોની વાતોની અવગણના નથી કરતા.*

All ABOUT CHRISTMAS ?

Christmas is the date set aside for the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ. Christians celebrate it on December 25th all over the world. Jesus was not born on December 25th exactly but this date was chosen to coincide with the pagan Roman celebrations honoring Saturnus (Harvest God) and Mithras (Ancient God of Light). The day of this celebrations came just after the winter solstice, that is the shortest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. The celebrations were to make known that winter is not forever. It was a form of worshiping the sun.

Jesus was born nearly 2000 years ago. To the Christians, Jesus is the Son of God and the Savior/Saviour of the world. The Christians believe that He came to die for our sins so that we may go to heaven.

WHAT DOES THE WORD "CHRISTMAS" MEAN?

Christmas actually comes from "Mass of Christ". It was however shortened to "Christ Mass". Sometimes the shorter version "Xmas" is also used.

Thanksgiving Day - Black Friday

Fourth Thursday in November. It is a federal holiday.

It is a major holiday and technically the longest paid vacation most people get. Many companies give the Friday after Thanksgiving off. If not, most employees will take a day of vacation that Friday. When you combine that with the weekend, it is four days off. Schools are generally closed during those days.

People typically reunite with their families during holiday. Thanksgiving dinner is a large production. Dinner primarily consists of turkey with stuffing, corn, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin pie.

Thanksgiving celebration started when the Pilgrims (early settlers) to Massachusetts survived the harsh winter in 1621 with the help of Native Americans (called Indians) who helped them learn how to catch eel and grow corn.

Most stores and businesses are closed on #Thanksgiving Day. However, the day after Thanksgiving is called Black Friday, during which the biggest sales of the year occur. It is also the official start of the Christmas shopping season.
